1. How can I place an order? - Fill out Order Form or email sales@digitalprintingphilippines.com. Kindly state your complete order details.
2. Do you give discounts? - yes, discounts are given to bulk orders. Check the Price List. For items not listed, please email Request for Quotation with complete order inquiry to sales@digitalprintingphilippines.com or click Contact Us.
3. How can I pay my orders? -
A) Primarily thru Bank ~ BDO (Boni-Ligaya Br NCR), BPI (Boni Ave Br NCR), Union Bank (Cebu)
B) Pay thru Paypal ~ credit card and debit card. charges apply. Read Payment Terms.
C) GCash and Remittance Centers ~ payment center charges apply.

4. Do you accept credit card or debit card payment? - Yes, thru Paypal.
5. Do you accept check payment? - Yes. Payee, HuePrints Merchandising (BDO or Unionbank). Email Us.
6. Can I just pay my orders during pick up/meet up/delivery? - We require at least 50% down payment to process your order. NO Downpayment, NO Processing of Orders.
7. I don't have a layout, can you do a design for me? - Yes we can. For most items, layout is included. Contact Us.
8. How much is the charge for layout? - We normally include layout in our products with no additional charge. However, there are some products that we exclude the layout. The minimum charge is P200.00. Inquire at sales@digitalprintingphilippines.com or Contact Us.
9. Do you deliver orders? - Yes, we do. Delivery by courier. It can be done thru Air21, LBC and AP Cargo. All courier delivery will be charged according to your location, size of the item(s) and weight of your order, otherwise stated as FREE shipment. International shipment thru FEDEX or PhilPost.
10. Do you do meet up? - Business operates solely online. Evenso, let us know if you want an appointment.
11. How many days does it take to process an order? - 1-2 days for low volume orders. Higher quantity: Longer lead time applies as well as First Come, First Serve Basis. We normally do not accept rush orders. Contact Us.
12. How many days does it take to ship an item? – 1-2days for Metro Manila and other parts of the country. NO Sunday & holidays. Shipment to other countries, 5-7 working days or longer.
14. Can I visit your place to make an order? - Yes, you can. Make an appointment. Location: Cebu
15. Do you give samples of your products? - Sorry but we don't give samples. You can visit us to see the samples. We can also send you photos of our products, if available. You can also request to print you a sample, retail charge applies, for selected items only.
17. Where can I get my orders if they are for pick up? – For Cebu clients, yes, you can pick up orders at our address.
18. What is your store hours? – 24/7. Our store is our website. You can order or contact us any time of the day thru the Order Form in our website or thru email.
19. Can I visit your place after office hours? – Yes. You can visit us until 8pm. We also accept later than 8pm, just let us know.

27. Where are you Located?
Our permanent Home|Office Address is #4 Countryside Subdivision, Barangka Ibaba, Mandaluyong City. However, since June 2012, we temporarily moved to Cebu to experience a new environment.
Our present Home|Office where production is done, CITAA Village Private Road, Purok Tangad, Sitio Tulay, Barangay Cotcot, Liloan, Cebu 6002.

29. How much do you charge for shipment? For most orders, we give a FREE one-time shipment. If not, minimum sf is P120. SF goes high depending on your orders weight, dimension and delivery location
30. Do You Ship Internationally? Yes. We shipped thru FEDEX or PhilPost
